Original Vampire Killing Kit Photo Galleries by the Master Artist, CRYSTOBAL.
CRYSTOBAL created his first kit in the 1950s, after seeing one at the Ripley’s Believe It Or Not Museum in St. Augustine, Florida. He decided to create his own kits in a hand-crafted, “primitive” style, the way Transylvanians may have created them in the 19th century.
Over the next five decades, CRYSTOBAL would create custom kits for theater, movies, private collections and museum displays. In an effort to supply the general public with these fine kits, he began building display-only pieces in the 1990s, selling them on eBay and other online stores.
Today CRYSTOBAL’s kits can be found on Etsy, and occasionally on eBay. Unfortunately, cut-rate imitators have copied CRYSTOBAL’s unique style (poorly) and have offered their knock-offs at lower prices. This, however, has not deterred the artist from maintaining the highest of standards and attention to detail that set his original kits high above the masses.
If you are in the market for an authentically-made, antique style Vampire Killing Kit, insist on a kit by the one, true original artist – CRYSTOBAL, the artist who rekindled the Vampire Killing Kit craze in the 20th century.
